Keto Iced Mocha
When you need a caffeine kick and you’re craving something sweet, there’s something especially refreshing about this keto iced mocha.
- 4 oz concentrated coffee or 2 shots espresso
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp raw cashews
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients, except ice, in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes. (Make sure the coffee is completely cooled before adding it to the blender.)
Fill your serving glass with ice and pour over ice. Enjoy!
