  • 8 ounce block feta in brine, drained
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temp
  • 1-2 tbsp honey for serving
  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios for serving
  • Freshly cracked black pepper for garnish
  • Crackers or crudite to serve

Instructions

  • Add the feta and cream cheese to a food processor. Pulse on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Spread into desired serving platter and top with desired amount of honey, followed by desired amount of pistachios.
  • Serve with crackers or crudite of choice and enjoy!
