Add first 6 spices to a small bowl and stir to combine. Place dried oregano leaves in the palm of your hand, rub the leaves firmly to grind them into a fine powder then add to spice mixture.
Season to taste with cayenne pepper if desired. Store spice mix in an airtight container and use within 4–6 months.
Notes
Completely out of bouillon? Substitute with 1 tsp of salt. You’ll miss out on some flavor but it’ll save you a trip to the store.
