Ingredients
1Tbspchili powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1tsppaprika
1 1/2tspground cumin
1/2tspblack pepperfinely-ground
1/4tspdried oregano
1tspchicken bouillonor beef bouillon, granules or crushed cubes
1/8 - 1/4tspcayenne pepperoptional
Instructions
Add first 6 spices to a small bowl and stir to combine. Place dried oregano leaves in the palm of your hand, rub the leaves firmly to grind them into a fine powder then add to spice mixture.
Season to taste with cayenne pepper if desired. Store spice mix in an airtight container and use within 4–6 months.
Notes
Completely out of bouillon? Substitute with 1 tsp of salt. You’ll miss out on some flavor but it’ll save you a trip to the store.
