There’s just something about PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps that keep you coming back for more. So it's no surprise that we couldn't help but make our own copycat version!

Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add the ground chicken and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through.
Push the chicken to the side and add the sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Saute for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then mix with the ground chicken.
Add the water chestnuts, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, arrowroot starch slurry, and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture has thickened. Let cool for 5 minutes to continue thickening before serving.
Serve inside butter lettuce cups and toss with green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
