Fajitas

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cut into equal size strips

bell peppers
sliced

red onion

fajita seasoning from above

neutral oil
To Serve
lettuce leaves
avocado
sour cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the seasoning ingredients until combined.
In another large bowl, add the sliced chicken, sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, fajita seasoning, and oil. Toss to coat.
Pour the fajitas onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serve in a lettuce wrap with sour cream and avocado if desired.
