Ingredients

  • 10 ounces hummus plain
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichokes  chopped
  • 1/3 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp green onion chopped
  • pita bread for serving

Instructions

  • Spread the hummus onto your serving platter evenly.  
  • Layer with the cucumber, artichokes, tomatoes, olives, feta, and green onion.  
  • Serve with pita bread and enjoy!
