Ingredients
- 10 ounces hummus, plain
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup marinated artichokes , chopped
- 1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
- pita bread, for serving
Instructions
- Spread the hummus onto your serving platter evenly.
- Layer with the cucumber, artichokes, tomatoes, olives, feta, and green onion.
- Serve with pita bread and enjoy!
