In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon until completely combined.
Spray the bottom of the air-fryer with avocado oil.
Soak each cube of bread in the mixture and place into the air-fryer pan. Spray again and air-fry at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly crisp on the outside. You may need to do this in batches depending on how much bread you are using.
Serve immediately with more maple and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired and enjoy!
