Air Fryer French Toast Bites
French Toast is one of our favorite breakfast recipes. But it can be exhausting to stand in front of the stove making one piece after another. These Air Fryer French Toast Bites are a great way to make a big batch at once. This is a great way to have the entire family sit down and eat a hot breakfast all together! It’s a great option for holiday brunches and easy weekend breakfasts alike.

If you have a smaller air fryer, you may have to do this in 2 batches, but it’s still way faster than making individual pieces of French toast.

Air Fryer French Toast Bites
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, plus more to top
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-2" cubes
- olive oil spray
- powdered sugar, to top

Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon until completely combined.
- Spray the bottom of the air-fryer with avocado oil.
- Soak each cube of bread in the mixture and place into the air-fryer pan. Spray again and air-fry at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly crisp on the outside. You may need to do this in batches depending on how much bread you are using.
- Serve immediately with more maple and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired and enjoy!
