These are no ordinary banana nut muffins! Mashed and chopped bananas along with a mix of crunchy nuts and granola take this muffin to a whole new level!

Ingredients
3cupsall-purpose flour
2cupsgranulated sugar
2tspbaking powder
1tspbaking soda
1tspsalt
2largeeggslightly beaten
3/4cupmilk
2tsppure vanilla extract
1cupunsalted buttermelted
2bananasripe, mashed
1bananaripe, chopped
1cupgranola
1cuppecanschopped
Instructions
Place rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees. Line 2 muffin tins with 24 paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large mixing bowl then mix in lightly beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and melted butter just until combined.
Fold in mashed bananas, chopped bananas, granola and pecans.
Scoop batter into muffin liners, filling each one about ¾ full.
Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out just about clean.

Sprinkle chopped nuts and granola on top of the muffins for extra crunch!
