This Chocolate Oatmeal Bake checks all the boxes for a delicious high protein dessert recipe. It's sweet, simple, and chocolatey.

- 1 cup oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 large ripe banana or 2 small ripe bananas
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more to top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until well combined and very smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour into 2 greased ramekins, then top with the extra chocolate chips.
Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. It’s okay if a toothpick doesn’t come out entirely clean.
Let sit for about 10-15 minutes before digging in!
