Place the cottage cheese, garlic, and milk into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cut the bacon into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the bacon is cooked through. Strain the bacon from the fat, reserving ½ tbsp of the bacon fat in the pan. Remove the pan from the heat to let cool for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the ravioli according to package directions.
Add the cottage cheese mixture into the pan with the bacon fat and stir.
Strain the ravioli and toss with the sauce.
Plate the ravioli and top with the cooked and crumbled bacon, freshly grated parmesan, and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
