Ingredients

  • 2 oz store bought biscuit dough (should be about 8 biscuits in a can)
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 6-8" cast iron skillet.
  • Quarter each biscuit into 4 equal pieces.
  • Cut the brie into small ½” pieces.
  • Flatten out each piece of dough and place apiece of brie in the center. Close up the ends of the dough around the brie. Repeat with the remaining brie and dough.
  • Layer ½ of the dough balls into the prepared cast iron skillet. Dollop 1/3 cup of the cranberry sauce onto the dough and spread evenly, then layer the remaining dough on top, followed by another 1/3 cup of cranberry sauce.
  • Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown on top.
  • Brush the remaining cranberry sauce on top if desired.
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
