In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, black beans, corn, green chilis, taco seasoning, cream cheese, and ¾ cup of the shredded cheese
Once combined, pour into a 9x13” casserole dish.
Place the 4 pieces of chicken on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the ovenand remove the chicken. Stir the loaded queso until completely combined.
Place the chicken back into the pan and top with the remaining ¾ cup of shredded cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Let cool about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onion and cilantro if desired and enjoy!
