what you'll need

  • berries fresh or frozen, sliced
  • plain yogurt
  • natural sweetener
  • thick-cut rolled oats or granola cereal

let's do it

  • Fill a bowl or glass with ingredients in this order: berries, yogurt sweetened with natural sweetener, rolled oats or sliced almonds and one last layer of fruit.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.

One Last Thing

We used Stevia to sweeten our plain yogurt but any natural sweetener will do. Try agave syrup, monk fruit or coconut sugar!
