Low-Sugar Strawberry Parfait Recipe
- berries, fresh or frozen, sliced
- plain yogurt
- natural sweetener
- thick-cut rolled oats, or granola cereal
- Fill a bowl or glass with ingredients in this order: berries, yogurt sweetened with natural sweetener, rolled oats or sliced almonds and one last layer of fruit.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
We used Stevia to sweeten our plain yogurt but any natural sweetener will do. Try agave syrup, monk fruit or coconut sugar!
