Preheat oven to 350. Place flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 5–10 minutes.
Remove bread from oven and cover with pesto sauce, cooked eggs, ham, tomato and cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 5–7 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
Slice bread in half with a pizza cutter, serve warm and watch these babies disappear.
