Try this insanely delicious high protein creamy pasta sauce that boasts a lot more nutritional content than a traditional creamy sauce.

cup
cottage cheese

cup
marinara sauce
2
cloves
garlic
pinch
red pepper flakes
pasta

Instructions
Combine the cottage cheese, marinara, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted water.
Pour the sauce in a large skillet over low heat. Stir until warmed. Be careful to not let it get too hot.
Add the cooked pasta into the sauce along with a splash of pasta water. Toss until completely combined and enjoy!
