  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 1 container grape tomatoes halved
  • 5 oz bag baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 avocados diced
  • pita bread optional

let's do it

  • Whisk rosemary, oregano, lemon, garlic and olive oil together.
  • Toss dressing with salad ingredients and serve with side of pita bread.
