Coconut Water Skinny Cocktail
The hardest part of maintaining a low-calorie diet for us is managing the intake of cocktails—we like to celebrate just about anything! That’s why we concocted this low(er) calorie coconut water skinny cocktail recipe!
Inspired by the ‘spa water’ trend, this drink is geared toward maintaining our waistline while still enjoying drinks with friends. Simply combine the vodka and coconut water then add a splash of pink lemonade and fresh lemon juice for flavor.
You don’t have to stick to ‘pink’ lemonade, the regular fare will do the trick—just be cautious not to add too much to your drink, especially if you want to keep the sugar to a minimum!

Stay true to your New Year’s resolutions while still enjoying happy hour! Make a coconut water skinny cocktail with just four guilt-free ingredients!
Yield: 1 cocktail
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 5 oz coconut water
- 1 splash pink lemonade
- juice of 1/2 of a lemon, plus additional lemon for garnish
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice then stir. Pour into glass then garnish with fresh lemon slices. Serve immediately.
If you’re on a gluten-free diet, select a potato-based vodka for this cocktail!
