Lindsay Viker CEO Everyday Dishes

Lindsay

CEO

Lindsay Viker has taken over in the role of CEO of EverydayDishes.com. She is excited to continue sharing easy and delicious recipes, while bringing exciting new content related to all areas of the kitchen.

Lindsay previously worked in the area of fashion and covered the local fashion scene in Arizona through her blog Couture in the Suburbs. Through this experience, she developed a passion for story-telling and digital media.

Lindsay first fell in love with cooking during her first year of marriage when she would try out recipes (some successful, others not) for her husband. Now, she’s eager to share her experience and bring in expert opinions from professional chefs, food fanatics and specialists to the Everyday Dishes audience.

When she’s not in the kitchen, you can catch Lindsay surrounded by family, friends, and her Shih Tzu Chloe. She loves farmer’s markets, a big glass of wine, and a great book.

Everyday Dishes

Everyday Dishes is an online resource for busy people who desire sensible meals made with better ingredients. We want control of what we eat. We believe food should taste good AND be good for you.

We care about what people eat!

We develop recipes with nutritious, wholesome ingredients that taste great, are simple to make and don’t break the bank. But we’re not angels. We believe life’s too short not to splurge! We abide by the 80/20 philosophy, and encourage you to make treats at home so you know what’s in the mix.

With our fun-loving instructions and video tutorials, we help you get in and out of the kitchen with meals you know your family will enjoy.

When you make a recipe, show us! Tag @everydaydishes and use #MyEverydayDish.

Cheryl

Founder

New York Times best-selling author, Cheryl Najafi, is a public speaker and founder of leading food media company, EverydayDishes.com. She has published several books including, ‘The Einkorn Wheat Diet: Have Your Cake and Eat it Too!’ which is a testament that you don’t have to go gluten-free, spend hours at the gym, or give up the foods you love to achieve the health benefits and physique you desire.

Cheryl spent the last two decades nurturing both her passion for nutrition and her food sensibility, which necessitates developing nutritious, dependable home-cooked meals. Her motto? Just get in the kitchen! Because…when you eat the bulk of your meals from the fridge or pantry as opposed to fast food restaurants, ingredients are fresh, nutrient-dense and delicious.  As a busy working mother of three, she pursues developing fresh, time-saving recipes to keep her family and yours healthy and happy. Of course, with her penchant for cookie dough bites, she believes the 80/20 rule is the only way to go!

Cheryl has retired from her role as the CEO of Everyday Dishes to pursue a career in the world of fashion. With her new company, The Cause Collection, Cheryl is Fashioning Social Change by helping women look their best while putting their money and effort where their heart is.
