The heavy syrup from the can of sliced pineapple is responsible for this cocktail’s yummy flavor. It’s so much easier than making homemade pineapple-flavored simple syrup. For a lighter version just get regular pineapple juice and swap the lemon-lime soda for club soda.
Our pineapple vodka cocktail recipe is appropriate for just about any occasion. We sip on it while lounging by the pool. Men folk will like it too!
