Our raspberry sorbet and prosecco float recipe consists of two simple ingredients and a pretty glass. They’re so stunning–you’re sure to be a trendsetter.
Ingredients
Yield: 8 floats
- 1 750 ml bottle Prosecco, or favorite sparkling wine
- 1 pt Raspberry Sorbet
- 8 flat bottomed fluted glassware
Instructions
- Place one scoop of sorbet in each glass.
- Fill with Prosecco and serve immediately.
Notes
If raspberry isn't your favorite flavor, hit up your local market for a sorbet your taste buds will go crazy for.
