This Cinco de Mayo, transform your beer with margarita salt and lime juice to create a festive Cinco-Chelada beverage.
Yield: 1 serving
- margarita salt
- 1 bottle Mexican style pilsner, we used Pacifico
- 1 lime, halved
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Rose's lime juice
- Wet rim of glass with Rose's Lime Juice.
- Dip in plate of margarita salt.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Squeeze fresh lime into glass and pour beer.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
If you want to get fancy, garnish the glasses with lime wheels instead of wedges.
