Use fresh summer ingredients to create this strawberry basil daiquiri. It offers your taste buds a dash of tang, a pinch of tart, and a touch sweet.
Yield: 4 -6 servings
- 3 cups strawberries, stemmed and cut into chunks
- 3 cups ice, or more
- 1 cup rum
- 2 oz lime juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped coarsely
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
If you like a slushier drink, just add more ice!
