Five is the magic number—it takes less than 5 minutes to measure and place five ingredients into a mixing bowl. Creamy Dijon mustard, thick honey and low-fat mayo, along with a little fresh lemon juice and black pepper are staples that are most likely already in your kitchen.
Low-Fat Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe
This recipe for low-fat honey mustard dressing is quick and easy to make and far less expensive than any you’d find on a grocery shelf.
Yield: 24 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Add all ingredients to mixing bowl then whisk until no lumps remain.
- Pour into storage vessel and refrigerate until ready to use.
Try adding a fresh herb such as tarragon to this recipe.
