Peanut Butter Banana Wraps
Regardless if you’re 3 or 63, no one can resist our peanut butter banana wraps recipe. It’s an easy snack or lunch, and it can be easily modified using your favorite ingredients (think chocolate chips, peanuts and beyond)!
All you have to do is slightly bend the banana until it’s straight then roll it up in your peanut buttered tortilla, just like a cigar. Since the peanut butter acts as an adhesive, there’s no need for toothpicks to hold it together.
Serve cold or warm it in the microwave to get the inside warm and ‘melty.’ We enjoyed ours with a side of fresh grapes and a glass of ice cold coconut milk.
Peanut Butter Banana Wraps Recipe
Delicious, fun and easy—these peanut butter banana wraps are the perfect lunch or snack.
Ingredients
Yield: 4 wraps
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 4 bananas, ripe
- 4 tortillas, 8"
Instructions
- Place 2 Tbsp of peanut butter into the center of each tortilla and spread evenly, leaving a 1" border all the way around.
- Peel banana and gently straighten the banana to remove the bend. Place banana directly into center of tortilla on top of the peanut butter.
- Wrap one side of the tortilla over the banana, pressing gently to secure the peanut butter to the banana then roll. The peanut butter will secure the tortilla to the banana.
- Slice in half and serve.
