Firecracker Ranch Cheez Its
Game day really isn’t complete without a full line up of delicious snacks. These firecracker ranch cheez its are our favorite new addition to our tailgating recipes line up. They’re flavorful, spicy, and incredibly easy to make. Whip up a big batch and watch your friends and family devour them.

You can make these ahead of time and store them in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. It’s a great snack to enjoy at lunch, with a beer on the weekend, or as an appetizer at your next house party.

+ Don’t have ranch seasoning on hand? You can use this easy recipe with your regular on hand herbs and spices.
+ This recipe would also be delicious with pretzels in place of the cheez its.
Firecracker Ranch Cheez Its
Ingredients
- 12 oz Cheez Its, Original (1 box)
- 1/4 cup avocado oil, or olive oil
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning, (1 packet)
- 1-3 tsp red pepper flakes, depending on spice tolerance
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Place the cheez its in a large plastic bag and pour the oil mixture over the cheez its. Seal the bag and toss and turn to fully coat the crackers in the oil and seasoning mixture. Pour the cheez its onto 1-2 large baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 14-16 minutes or until deeply golden brown.
