This dessert mocktail comes together in just a few seconds. All you need to do is add two scoops of lime sherbet into a sundae glass—really, any glass will do. Then fill the glass with lemon lime soda.
Top the drink with whipped cream and plenty of green jimmies. Serve with a funky straw and enjoy immediately. This is one great-tasting kiddie mocktail that even the adults will love!
Lucky Lime Float Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 carton lime sherbet
- 1 can lemon lime soda
- whipped cream, dairy or dairy-free
- green jimmies
Instructions
- Add 2 scoops of lime sherbet into sundae glass then fill with lemon-lime soda.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with jimmies.
- Serve immediately.
- Want those mocktails vibrant green? Add a drop of green food coloring in the drink to achieve an emerald hue.
