Air Fryer Harissa Maple Salmon Recipe Tips:
+ If you’re using a different sized filet, your cooking temperature will vary. Follow this helpful guide for finding the right time for the filet you’re cooking.
+ You can also use frozen salmon in this recipe. Start by defrosting your salmon in the air fryer for 6-7 minutes. This step is just to defrost the fish. Then, you can add your harissa mixture over the top of the filet and follow the rest of the recipe steps below.
Air Fryer Harissa Maple Salmon
Ingredients
- 12 oz salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the harissa, maple syrup, olive oil, and salt until smooth. Place the salmon on a prep surface skin-side down and spread the harissa mixture over the top of the filet
- Transfer the filet to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon, or until cooked through to desired doneness and flakes with a fork
- Let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy!
