how to decorate squashes and gourds
Ingredients
  • large butternut squash (or any type of colorful squash or gourd)
  • chocolate frosting
  • assorted candies
  • goggly eyes
  • dried pumpkin seeds
Instructions
  1. Find the best side of your squash.
  2. Attach candies with chocolate frosting to make eyes and nose.
  3. Attach clumps of pumpkin seeds with chocolate frosting to make wings and ears.

These decorated squashes are so cute, and so simple to make, that i like to make a few extras and give them to my guests as party favors.
