If you love tomato juice and aren’t afraid to try something with a kick, this bloody beer cocktail is winning! You can use anything from plain old tomato juice to a bloody mary mix that will knock your socks off.

If you and your pals are already master bloody mary makers, get creative and set up a bloody beer station with all the fixin’s. That way everyone can have their favorite drink made to order.

To make this drink, start by wetting your beer glass and sticking it in the freezer. Leave it in the icebox for a few minutes to chill, or longer if you want a nice layer of frost. Remove the glass and promptly dip the rim in celery salt.

Next, pour a cold American light style lager in the glass. We had Miller Lite on hand, so that’s what we used for this recipe, but feel free to use whatever you want. Fill the glass about three-fourths of the way and add bloody mary mix to taste. You can use as much or as little as you like.

Finish making your bloody beer cocktail by adding salt and pepper if desired and garnish with a fresh celery stalk. You can add a few squirts of hot sauce if you really like the spice. You can also use other ingredients to garnish this drink like fresh lime, olives and banana peppers.
