Using a food processor is a super quick way to crush your cookies for this recipe. If you don’t have one however, you can put them in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Cookie Protein Fluff Recipe Tips:
+ You can use other types of crunchy cookies in this recipe as well. Vanilla wafers, chocolate chip cookies, shortbread cookies, or graham crackers are all delicious options.
+ You could also try this with different flavors of protein powder. Chocolate with a sprinkle of cinnamon would be delicious as well!

+ You can eat obviously eat this cookie protein fluff straight out of the bowl with spoon. But to take things up a notch, try dipping a fruit like strawberries in it! We love serving it up at a party that a tray of fresh fruit as a light and healthy dessert option.

Cookie Protein Fluff
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup cool whip
- 1/4 cup chocolate cookies, crushed, plus more to top

Instructions
- Whisk together the yogurt and protein powder until completely combined.
- Fold in the cool whip until just about combined, then fold in the crushed cookies.
- Divide between two serving bowls and top with more crushed cookies if desired and enjoy!
