High Protein Greek Yogurt Dessert Dip
Ingredients
Dessert Dip
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tbsp honey, as desired for sweetness
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Fruit – For Serving
- 1 apple, sliced for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except the apples. Taste and add more honey if desired.
- Transfer to the fridge and chill for 20 minutes.
- Serve the high protein yogurt dip with sliced apples or other fruit like pears.
