Break free from the green goop at the deli counter! Our quintessential coleslaw recipe is fresh, crispy and oh-so-delightfully tangy.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 green onions, finely minced, white and green parts
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 16 oz bag coleslaw mix

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, brown sugar, vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper until completely smooth and well combined.
  • Empty the bag of coleslaw mix into a large mixing bowl and pour the dressing over it. Toss or stir until completely coated, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
