Easy Bread Pudding
This super easy bread pudding recipe uses simple ingredients and comes together in an hour. It’s a great recipe to make last-minute or when you want to spend more time visiting for your family than in the kitchen.
Grocery stores offer lots of varieties of cinnamon rolls so this recipe is so easy to customize. We like the cream cheese frosting ourselves!
Serve this delectable recipe warm, at room temperature or cold with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream on top. It’s a delicious touch!
Easy Bread Pudding Recipe
- 2 cans cinnamon rolls
- 8 eggs
- 5 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Spray a 9” x 13” baking dish with cooking spray.
- Break up the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and place in the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until they are uniformly yellow. Add the milk and salt and whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over the rolls being careful to soak all pieces with the milk mixture. Let pieces soak for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
