We can’t decide who will enjoy our coconut limeade recipe more—the adults or the kids! You only need three simple ingredients and it couldn’t be easier to make!

In the test kitchen, we experimented with coconut water, coconut milk and coconut-flavored syrup. Although super healthy, the coconut water was too weak in flavor to make an impact while the coconut milk was way too thick and had a weird consistency.

When we tested coconut syrup, it turned out just right! It’s inexpensive and you can use it in other things, making it a handy ingredient to have in the kitchen. As an added bonus, lemon-lime soda is caffeine-free, so if you’re making our coconut limeade recipe for the kids, they won’t be up all night long!
