Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Maybe you don’t want to get the grill ready JUST for your corn. Or maybe you want to make a small portion that just doesn’t justify the effort. Making your corn in the air fryer is such an easy way to cook it that it has become our go to way to prep this ingredient for most of our corn dishes like our Mexican Street Corn Dip or Corn and Black Bean Salsa.
Air Fryer Corn on the Cob Recipe Tips:
+ If you want to make more than 2 corn husks, we recommend doing it in batches. You don’t want the air fryer basket to be too full or there will not be enough room for the air to circulate and cook the corn all the way around.
+ If you don’t want to eat your corn off the cob, or if you’re going to use it as part of another recipe, simply stand your corn upright and run a sharp edge down the side to quickly remove the kernels.

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 2 Corn cobs, husked and washed
- cooking spray, we used avocado oil
- salt and pepper
- butter, for serving

Instructions
- Cut the corn cobs in half and lightly spray with oil spray.
- Place into the air-fryer and air-fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Remove and spread on butter and a pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
