This Copycat Olive Garden Ravioli Carbonara is a delicious high protein pasta recipe, featuring cottage cheese as the base of the sauce.

  • Place the cottage cheese, garlic, and milk into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cut the bacon into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the bacon is cooked through. Strain the bacon from the fat, reserving ½ tbsp of the bacon fat in the pan. Remove the pan from the heat to let cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the ravioli according to package directions.
  • Add the cottage cheese mixture into the pan with the bacon fat and stir.
  • Strain the ravioli and toss with the sauce.
  • Plate the ravioli and top with the cooked and crumbled bacon, freshly grated parmesan, and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
