Copycat Olive Garden Ravioli Carbonara
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp milk
- 4 slices bacon
- 10 oz ravioli
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, to garnish
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to garnish

- 1 Blender
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese, garlic, and milk into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cut the bacon into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the bacon is cooked through. Strain the bacon from the fat, reserving ½ tbsp of the bacon fat in the pan. Remove the pan from the heat to let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the ravioli according to package directions.
- Add the cottage cheese mixture into the pan with the bacon fat and stir.
- Strain the ravioli and toss with the sauce.
- Plate the ravioli and top with the cooked and crumbled bacon, freshly grated parmesan, and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
