Tangy Coleslaw Recipe
Ever tucked into an order of deli-counter coleslaw and wondered, ‘Where’s the crisp?’ We feel you! Lucky for all of us, a forkful of this homemade coleslaw recipe is so fresh that you’ll practically feel the crunch from head to toe.
Semi-sweet, semi-tangy and perfectly salted, this slaw is right in the middle of what you’d expect in this quintessential side. The easy-to-follow recipe makes proper use of fresh ingredients—even for the dressing—which means you don’t have to worry about added preservatives or loads of sugar.
It’s fantastically delicious so we won’t judge you for diving in right away, but the salad is even better when left overnight for the flavors to combine. Think you can wait that long? (We couldn’t!)
