Each one of us has stress that we have to deal with on a daily basis. Whether it’s related to work, family or finances, stress has a way of manifesting into physical ailments like pain, trouble sleeping, or a general feeling of anxiety. Recipe Tips:

+ If you’re new to CBD oil, you can use a lower dosage or smaller amount in the recipe. It will not affect the taste at all. With the ratio we use, you get about 0.5 mL (or half a dropper) of CBD. We used the 500 mg strength CBD oil from Populum, but they also have 250 mg and 1000 mg options. Learn more about Populum CBD here.

+ We first tried adding the CBD drop to each individual popsicle, but the oil separated from the rest of the mixture. Adding it to the blender made sure it was mixed evenly throughout and did not separate. Even if you decided not to add the frozen fruit to this recipe, we still highly recommend mixing everything in a blender to ensure the CBD oil is evenly mixed.

+ The coconut milk gives the CBD Oil a fat to bind too. This helps increase the bio-availability of the substance so you receive the full benefit of the oil. If coconut milk isn’t your favorite, you can sub any other non-dairy milk like cashew or almond milk.

Ingredients
 

Yield: 6 popsicles

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen fruit, (mango, pineapple, papaya, strawberry)
  • 3 full drops Populum CBD oil, orange flavored (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen fruit to blender. Pour in orange juice, pineapple juice, and coconut milk.
  • Add 3 full drops of Populum CBD Oil (3 mL total).
  • Blend together all ingredients.
  • Evenly distribute the blended mixture into 6 popsicle molds.
  • Freeze popsicles for at least 6 hours.
  • Enjoy & chill out!

Notes

If CBD oil isn't your thing, that's okay too! This recipe is just as delicious without the CBD oil.
