  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Toss the chicken with a generous pinch of salt, pepper, and the garlic powder until completely coated.
  • Lay the chicken evenly in a baking dish.
  • Mix together the Caesar dressing, sour cream, and garlic in a small bowl. Cover each piece of chicken evenly with the Caesar mixture, then sprinkle the parmesan evenly over the top of the chicken.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with more parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper and enjoy!
