Tropical Mango Smoothie
Our tropical mango smoothie recipe is health-conscious, filling and outrageously delicious—seriously, you might want to pour some liquor in it and turn it into a pool-side cocktail if the season is right!
Banana is key when making a smoothie recipe that doesn’t require frozen yogurt or ice. The texture is thick and creamy, so you can skip the water and calories and get straight to the ingredients you love!
Mangos can be tedious to slice and dice, so just pick them up in the frozen food section of the grocery store. Same goes for the pineapple!

Tropical Mango Smoothie Recipe
Skip the cereal for breakfast and enjoy a delicious and refreshing tropical mango smoothie! It’s, healthy, filling and outrageously delicious!
Ingredients
Yield: 2 smoothies
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey, or agave
- 1 1/2 cups mango chunks, frozen
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Combine orange juice, yogurt and honey in a blender. Add mango, pineapple and banana then pulse until blended.
- Pour into glass then serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
Honey and agave make great natural sweeteners!
