Enjoy a festive, sweet and minty cocktail on St. Patrick’s Day with this yummy shamrock martini recipe! It’s made with Irish cream liqueur, plenty of minty flavor and smooth, savory coffee liqueur, yum!

Irish cream liqueur and coffee-flavored liqueur are great liqueurs to keep in your bar, so purchasing these items is well worth your while. The crème de menthe is inexpensive, and aside from being inspired by a holiday, this martini makes a great dessert cocktail when entertaining guests.

Our shamrock martini is easily modified to make a ‘coffee grasshopper’ martini. Simply omit the Irish cream liqueur and combine equal parts crème de menthe, coffee-flavored liqueur and cream in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain into chilled glasses and serve!
