Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and oil a muffin tin.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cream cheese. Mix until completely combined.
  • Fill each muffin tin half way, then top with ½ tbsp of fat free cream cheese, then top with more mixture. The mixture should fill 12 muffin tins.
  • Place into the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes before removing from the tin.
