Air Fryer Steak Bites
Being able to make high protein meals in the air fryer can save you so much time and effort. These air fryer steak bites couldn’t be easier to make but are still absolutely freaking delicious. Pair them with a roasted vegetable, some mashed potatoes, or even rice for a complete meal that’s ready in minutes.

The garlic herb butter in this recipe is totally optional as a topping, but adds a delicious depth of flavor to the steak bites. Other tasty flavor combinations would jalapeño lime, sundried tomato, or blue cheese. Check out recipes for those flavor options here.

Air Fryer Steak Bites
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, cut into 1 in cubes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Garlic Herb Butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Toss the steak pieces with the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 minutes. Transfer the steak to the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 4-8 minutes or until cooked through to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, place the butter in a small bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in the garlic powder, chives, and parsley.
- Place the steak in a serving bowl, pour the butter over, and toss to coat. Serve hot and enjoy!
