+ Make sure you use an unflavored Greek yogurt for this recipe. You want a plain base to add your seasonings to.

+ Don’t have rice vinegar in your pantry? You can use any light colored vinegar or even lemon juice.

+ If you don’t have fresh herbs on hand, you can certainly use dried. You’ll use 1 teaspoon of dried herbs for each 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs in the recipe.
