Dirty Martini Dip
Ingredients
- 5 oz jar pimento-stuffed green olives
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive brine
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles, plus more to top
Instructions
- Drain the olives and reserve 2 tbsp of the olive brine.
- Chop the olives into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the sour cream, chopped olives, olive brine, and blue cheese. Beat until completely combined.
- Pour into desired serving dish and top with more blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve with crackers or veggies and enjoy!
