Fried Pickle Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped, divided
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs, divided
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Use an electric mixer to whip the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sour cream, dill, ranch seasoning, ¾ cup of the dill pickles, lemon juice, and ¼ cup of the breadcrumbs.
- Mix until completely combined.
- Pour into desired serving dish and top with the remaining pickles, breadcrumbs, and green onion.
- Serve with chips of choice and enjoy!
